The first week of demo work is underway!
It's an exciting time seeing the progress and the reality of Tim, Tom and Dustin's dream to open a local craft brewpub come to life. The work is hard, the hours are long, but the eventual payoff is worth all the effort.
To think that in a few short months our friends, family and local community will walk through our doors, sit at our tables, drink our beer, make new friends and enjoy all the careful, thoughtful, passionate work we put into brewing our beer - it makes the long days and hard work seem irrelevant.
